full inspection

full inspection and measure of the turf including edges, seams and ware. we will remove any pet waste before beginning.

debris lift (power broom)

we use the Power broom to lift debris like pine needles, pollen and moss from the fibers of the synthetic turf.

debris removal

we use a vacum mover designed for artifical turf to collect the debris leaving it ready for cleaning.

soft wash and deep clean

we pre-soak the turf before spraying a solution which is been designed to first remove and clean pollution then disinfect bacteria and leaving it smelling clean and fresh.

blade lift and clean up

we leave it for a few minutes for the solution to do its thing. we then power wash it off and then we power broom and vacum lift the blades back to attention.

enzyme added if needed

If your a proud pet owner we finish with a pet friendly enzyme treatment which dissolves pet odors leaving it smelling fresh and safe to use

How long does a Turf Refresh take? +

Most residential refreshes take between 1–3 hours depending on the turf size and condition. We arrive, complete all six steps, and leave your property spotless the same day. Your turf is ready to use immediately — no drying time required.

How often should I get a Turf Refresh? +

For pet owners or high-traffic areas, we recommend every 3–6 months. For lower-traffic residential lawns, once a year is usually sufficient to keep the turf looking and performing like new. Our subscription plan is ideal for pet-heavy households.

What's the difference between a Refresh and a full replacement? +

A Refresh restores your existing turf — it's cleaned, re-infilled, groomed, and treated without any ripping out or reinstalling. A full replacement is needed when the turf backing or fibres are physically damaged or degraded beyond recovery. Most turf that "looks old" just needs a refresh, not replacement — saving you thousands of dollars.
